This page explains what happens to information about you when you read AB Gambling Hub. The short version is that very little is collected, and none of it is used to profile you, sell to you or follow you around the web.
Who is responsible
The site is run by the AB Gambling Hub editorial team. For anything related to privacy or this policy, you can write to inbox@agustinabazterrica.com.
A static site with no tracking
Every page here is a plain, pre-built file. There are no user accounts, no comment system, no login and no payment forms. We do not run analytics software, we do not show advertising, and we do not embed tracking pixels, social media widgets or third-party scripts that would record what you read.
The one thing stored in your browser
When you answer the cookie banner, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the banner does not reappear on every page. That entry stays on your device, is never sent to us and contains nothing except your answer. Clearing this website's stored data in your browser deletes it whenever you like. Hosting logs
Like almost every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers keep short technical logs. These can include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. They exist to deliver pages, keep the service secure and diagnose faults. We do not combine them with other data or use them to identify readers, and the provider keeps them only for a limited period.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to say. We use that only to read and answer your message, and we keep the correspondence only as long as it is useful for that purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list or pass your message to anyone else. The contact form on our site does not send anything itself; it simply opens your own email program with the message ready to go.
Legal basis
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website for the hosting logs, and on your own action in contacting us for any email correspondence.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected or your data deleted;
- object to or ask us to restrict how we use it;
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for data protection where you live.
To use any of these rights, email us from the address you used before and tell us what you would like us to do. We will reply without undue delay.
Children
AB Gambling Hub is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly receive messages or data from anyone younger.
Changes to this page
If the way the site works changes, for example if we ever add a new feature that handles data, this page will be updated before the change goes live.
